RESOLVE: A Mediation Firm

RESOLVE your differences. Don't compromise, Don't negotiate. Resolve them.
Compromise and negotiation means you need to give something up in 0rder to get something in return.
Resolving means solving, coming to an end result that benefits everyone involved.

Resolving issues is about power and control, hearing each side of the story,
and acknowledging one's opinion in a matter.

Sometimes that is all a person wants, is to be heard.
Acknowledging another's emotions and feelings is the most powerful form of showing love, compassion, and helping the other person feel cared for.

How do we achieve these results, you ask?

How our Process Works:

We focus on facilitating a conversation between the parties, no matter how big or small the issue appears, and tailor the process to meet the needs of the parties involved.

Our experienced mediator will conduct a private, fully confidential orientation with each of the parties individually to make sure that his or her goals are clear and kept as the focal point of the mediation session.

After the orientation, the parties have the option to meet in the same room or to meet separately during the mediation session.

Making sure that each party us as comfortable as possible is an imperative part of the process.
